Can I book an in person tour of your facility?
In-person and virtual tours of the venue are given by appointment only and are based on availability. During your tour, we take you through our spaces, provide information to guide your next steps, and answer all of your questions. Tours cannot be booked on dates when events are occurring. To inquire about booking a tour, please inquire with us by filling out the events contact us form.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
They are available for rent for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing.
What about COVID restrictions?
The entire facility is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. All of our staff (parking attendants, security, etc.) follow State of New Jersey and CDC guidelines.
What about parking?
We provide parking attendants to guide your guests. Valet parking is available for an additional fee.
Will there be anyone from your facility there the day of my event?
A Venue Manager will be on-site throughout the duration of your event. Your Venue Manager will be the first one in and the last one out on your event. He/She will ensure that the grounds and building are maintained throughout the evening. The main responsibilities of the Venue Manager on the day-of include regulating the heating and air, adjusting the lighting, and maintaining the bathrooms. This person does not take the place of an event planner.
What about other staff?
Different events require different levels of staffing. Recommendations will be made based on the event you are having.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Separate policy for the set-up, day-of-the-event, and break down, as well as a separate liquor policy must be provided in advance of the day. You can get a policy through your Homeowner's Insurance or through the vendor in the link below:
Do you have restroom accommodations?
We have full restroom facilities inside the barn. Exterior bathrooms are available for outdoor events for an additional fee.
Can I decorate the Barn?
Absolutely no changes or alterations may be done to The Barn on South Holland's property. No open flames (candles, bonfires, sparklers, lanterns, fire pits, or fireworks). No taping, tacking, nailing, gluing, or hanging anything on the walls or rafters. The use of hay, glitter, and confetti are not permitted. An additional cleaning fee may apply if non-approved decor is used. Set-up and break-down is required on the day-of only, unless given prior approval.
Do you offer a ceremony space?
We offer an outdoor ceremony space for weddings. Please inquire for rates and additional information.
Can a tent be put up on property?
Absolutely! Tents can be erected for outdoor events.

*We have a first-come, first-served policy. The first client to place a deposit and submit a signed contract will be able to secure the date. Given the volume of interest in The Barn, we generally have multiple clients interested in most weekends throughout the year. Please note we will not hold dates for any reason unless we have received a deposit and the signed contract.
